accessories and of course engagement rings. To make sure their customers are happy they have a 30 day money back
guarantee. When you get your product you can send it back any time within 30 days if it is not perfect and they
will give you an exchange or a full refund.
What do their customers have to say?
After reading through many Blue Nile reviews online we found that the reviews are somewhat mixed. There are
hundreds of reviews and the average user rating is 3.5 out of a possible 5 stars. There are a lot of very good
reviews, there are some negative reviews and there are some reviews that are a little more in the middle.
The majority of the reviews that we found online were positive. A lot of customers are saying that they are very
satisfied with the quality of the jewelry that they purchased and many people are also very pleased with the
customer service that they received. Many of their customers feel that the prices are unbeatable and that the
customer service staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Many of the customers that left positive reviews said that
they would not hesitate to purchase from Blue Nile again.
It is important to point out that there are some negative Blue Nile reviews online as well. Some of the reviews
were in direct opposition to the ones mentioned above. There were a number of people that said that they were not
pleased with the quality of the products they received and that they had issues with customer service as well.
As an example, one person said that they purchased pearls that appeared to be mint/white in color on their
website but the pearls that they received were dark green. This person said that Blue Nile did accept the pearls
back but they did not cover the return shipping. Another customer said that they ordered three pieces of silver
jewelry but the silver lost its shine within one week and is now badly tarnished. Another person said that the
clasp on a bracelet fell apart in their hands when they tried to put it on.
